For decades, I worked behind the scenes—coordinating complex projects, navigating high-pressure environments, protecting homes through infrastructure upheavals that tested everyone's patience. I learned to see what others missed. To solve problems before they appear. To hold the details so others could breathe.

How it works
Online Enquiry + Consultation
Tell me what you need via a simple online form. We'll have a quick chat (phone, email, or video) to confirm the job and spot any hidden issues.
Onboarding + Scope Acceptance
We send a clear, fixed-price Scope of Work — simply & exactly what we will and won't do. You approve it online.
Payment + Start work
Secure payment is processed before any work begins. Once confirmed, your job is locked into our schedule and we begin immediately.
Completion Report
Once finished, you receive a plain-English Completion Report summarising what was done, any issues encountered, and how to check the results. No further payment required.
How it works longterm
Online Enquiry + Consultation
Tell us about your situation via the online form. We schedule a longer consultation to understand the full scope — including why the timeline is uncertain and what "completion" looks like.
Onboarding + Scope Acceptance
We prepare a detailed Scope of Work for the first phase only, plus a roadmap for future phases. You pay a one-time Onboarding Fee (covers setup, documentation, and planning). Once paid, your project is officially opened.
Payment + Start work
Each month, payment is processed on the 1st before that month's work begins. Once confirmed, we begin work for that month.
Completion Report
At month end, you receive a plain-English Completion Report summarising what was done that month. If the project continues, the cycle repeats: next month's payment → work → report. For ongoing maintenance beyond the transition, a lighter reporting schedule will be arranged.
